  • Listen to my body.

  • Cry when I need to cry

  • Sleep when I’m tired (sounds basic, but it’s a new trick for me)

  • Give myself a break!! I don’t obsess over my physical appearance anymore and have more confidence than I’ve ever had in my life because I love myself on the inside.

  • Fidget ring!! Helps so much when I’m anxious.

Favorite phrases to think of-
  • The windshields bigger than the rear view.
  • Play the whole tape through.
  • For every finger pointing out, there’s 2 pointing in.
  • Stay in the present.

Are my thoughts/ reactions rational? Or do I need to step away and regroup?
