  • Play with kids! - always keep me laughing

  • Play with my doggie/bestie, Penny or any animals!

  • Watch/ listen to comedy

  • Play Just Dance - it’s fun I swear!

  • Slow down my thinking with meditation/ breathing

  • Pick up the phone

  • Go to a meeting

  • Playgrounds/ let out my inner child

  • Let myself cry

  • Energy Drinks/ Coffee

  • Exercise/ explore the city on bikes

  • Hike/ get out of my comfort zone
