• SoberFest is produced by 501c3 nonprofit organization, The Pink Cloud Connect. This event is aimed to honor those we’ve lost to mental illness and addiction, celebrate those in recovery, support one another, and hopefully break down some negative stigmas placed on mental health and addiction.

Our goal is to provide more education and understanding within the community. Addiction does not discriminate. Whether it’s headline news or not, people within our community are suffering. Right now. The death rates continue to increase year after year.

We are surrounded by free addiction/ recovery educational tools and resources right here in our community. Our goal is to continue spreading awareness so people know where to turn when addiction or untreated mental illness begins to impact their lives.

The drugs and alcohol aren’t going anywhere so we must come together as a community to implement healthy coping strategies and an inviting, intriguing recovery community.

There will be various recovery resources at SoberFest. It is important to emphasize that each individual has their own unique recovery journey. It’s not one size fits all. We aim to show the community that there’s more to recovery than preconceived stereotypes.

We will have guest speakers throughout the afternoon to provide strength and hope to those who are still suffering. There will be live music, authors, and recovery advocates to spark inspiration.

Anyone is welcome to come! No need to be in recovery or publicly announce your sobriety if you are in recovery.

  • SoberFest is aimed to ignite social change. We're doing this by bridging the gap between the general public, the recovery community, and the silent sufferers. All are invited. Sobriety is not required. Anonymity is protected as we are all joining together despite labels/ recovery paths/ lack thereof.

SoberFest will help break stigmas by giving the community another image in their mind of what an addict looks like. SoberFest is highlighting local free recovery resources and organizations to promote awareness of the various options and pathways there are to feeling our best selves. No one is forcing anyone to get sober or trying to persuade anyone. This event is geared to show the community what resources are available so when our loved ones are suffering, we have a better idea of where to turn/ what's out there for help.

Any form of sobriety is celebrated and honored. Consider SoberFest a day for us sober folk to have the entire community come, gather round, and have fun with us in a sober setting. Awesome food, local vendors, mocktails, live music, and good vibes all day. Come show your love!

  • "The Pink Cloud Connect is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization on a mission to aid in relapse prevention while igniting social change and promoting wellness within the community."

PCC’s mission to aid in relapse prevention is fueled by the unfortunate reality that 85% of those who leave addiction treatment will relapse within one year*.

That means only 15% of people who finally accept addiction treatment will make it past their first year of recovery. Our efforts are driven by our passion to help those in recovery, stay in recovery while showing the community ways to feel better without self medicating. Our goal is to change the individual’s desire to escape reality.

The Pink Cloud Connect is driven to continue educating the public about mental health, addiction, recovery, and the resources available to those in need. We aim to connect our peers to the vast variety of help readily available while breaking stigmas in real time within the community.
